Diversity Education Week promotes awareness and understanding of diverse cultures, fosters intercultural understanding, advances learning and scholarship, builds respect among different peoples, and enhances constructive leadership and dialogue in our local and global community. In its 5th year, NC State’s Annual Diversity Education Week is a joint initiative of the Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity and the UAB Diversity Activities Board.
