As part of the GLBT Advocate Program, the GLBT Center will pilot a new workshop this fall on “Shifting Our Framework for Supporting Students with Disabilities in the Classroom.” This two-hour workshop is designed to help members of the campus community create more inclusive environments for students with disabilities. The workshop will address barriers that limit access, the impact of those barriers and concrete strategies for making the classroom more accessible. The workshop will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2017 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. in Talley 3222.
