AACC Director and Playwright Moses Greene’s POOLED Premieres on February 16

The premiere of “POOLED,” a play by African American Cultural Center Director Moses Greene, will premiere on February 16, 2018 for a three-day run at the Kennedy Theatre in the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts in Raleigh. The play is directed by Deb Royals-Mizerk and presented in partnership with Theatre Raleigh.

Greene, who also serves on the City of Raleigh Arts Commission, has said that “POOLED” was inspired by his favorite story in the Bible, John 5:1-15, in which Jesus heals a lame man who had waited nearly forty years to walk and thought the Pool of Bethesda was his last hope.
