THIS WEEK: Pan-Afrikan Week at NC State

The University Activities Board – Black Students Board presents Pan-Afrikan Week 2018: “For The Culture.” The theme represents the reclamation and appreciation of Blackness. The Board shares its culture with the campus in fun and interactive ways that allow all to embrace and appreciate it together.

Events this year include Community Connections and Trap n’ Paint as well as continuing signature events such as the African American Textiles Society Fashion Exposé and African Student Union’s African Night. Through partnership with organizations such as the Society of Afrikan American Culture, NAACP and offices such as the Women’s Center, we will host a week packed full of programs to educate, liberate and celebrate Pan-Afrikanism.
