The GLBT Center will host comic artist Sophie Labelle for a conversation about her experiences writing and drawing about transgender issues. Her popular internet comic Assigned Male introduces readers to Stephie, a transgender girl navigating life, and an ensemble of supportive family, friends and significant others. Join us on Tuesday, October 30 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in Talley Student Union, Room 3210 for Q&A and conversation about how Sophie developed her artistic style and social justice lens for her work.
