The format of Opening Doors provides for open discussion, self-examination and a constructive means to bridge differences through understanding personal responsibility. Over the past nine years, the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) has implemented it as a foundational component of its work to foster a more inclusive environment.

The next session will be held September 14-16, 2016 at the Eastern 4-H Center. Opening Doors is open and free to all county-based, off-campus and campus-based faculty and staff within CALS.
