DHPR for Employees

Equal Opportunity and Equity responds to and investigates complaints of discrimination and harassment and provides discrimination and harassment prevention and response training.

Harassment Complaint Resolution Procedures

If you feel you have experienced discrimination or harassment, you may:

Discrimination and Harassment Prevention and Response Training

Discrimination and Harassment Prevention and Response Training is required for all NC State employees, per NC State regulation, REG 04.25.06 – Equal Opportunity, Title IX and Non-Discrimination Training for Employees.

Employees have two options to fulfill this requirement:

Supervisors who have completed the full-day EEODI training may waive this requirement. Supervisors may alternately register for DHPR Supervisor training, when offered. If you are interested in attending a supervisors’ class, please contact Robinette Kelley at 919.513.0574 or via email.
