Throughout each academic year, the GLBT Center hosts a variety of events for students, staff, faculty, and community members. Most of our events are open to anyone and are designed to increase awareness and understanding of the GLBT community, intersectionality, or contemporary social justice issues. Some of our events are tailored for specific audiences and aim to provide opportunities for leadership development, to help GLBT individuals connect and form community, or to celebrate the accomplishments of our graduates. Examples of targeted events include our monthly GLBT Faculty and Staff Network meetings, our biannual GLBT Community Alliance E-board Retreats, or our annual Lavender Graduation.
