Come celebrate Latinx Heritage Month on the General Scott Courtyard near Nelson Hall. This is how we celebrated last year:
- “Spanglish” food truck (alumni-owned) serving Puerto Rican cuisine samples
- Gonza Tacos food truck serving taco samples
- Alpaca catering serving dessert samples
- Poole Global Core will be featuring Latin American academic programs that students can go on
- NC Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
- Dance troop will perform a Cumbia Dance demo
- This event is organized by the Diversity and Inclusion team based in the Poole College Office of Undergraduate Programs. More details will be posted closer to the event.
