NC State seeks to ensure a just and fair process for resolving complaints. If you are accused, you are entitled to fair treatment, as well as support for your concerns related to being accused, decision-making and resources to guide you through the complaint process.

YOU HAVE RIGHTS

If you have been accused of misconduct, you may want to speak with someone in the campus community who can act as your support person. The Title IX coordinator can explain the college’s grievance procedures for addressing complaints. You may also want to seek confidential counseling through the the Counseling Center or seek support in the community.
