Throughout each academic year, the Women’s Center hosts a variety of events for students, staff, faculty, and community members. In the Company of my Sisters: Establishing Critical Space for Womyn of Color

Join Dr. Lorraine D. Acker as she models the sister circle experience, teaching our NC State community how to develop, sustain, and use sister circles to meet the needs of our womyn of color community. This workshop is perfect for graduate students, faculty, and administrators interested in sister circle methodology and wanting to implementing sister circles in their research and/or practice.
