April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), which is part of a national attempt to bring attention to the issue of sexual violence. During this month, the Women’s Center holds various events and trainings to help raise awareness about sexual violence, create a campus which supports survivors, and teaches members of the Wolfpack to be active bystanders.
This year, we are proud to be hosting a number of informative and moving events. From workshops and art therapy to the Clothesline Project, Take Back the Night, and a Keynote address, there are plenty of opportunities for the NC State community to take part in SAAM.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, NC State will honor requests for reasonable accommodations made by individuals with disabilities. Requests can be served more effectively if notice is provided at least 10 days before the event. For more information, please contact the Women’s Center at 919.515.2012.
