We are curating art for the Spring 2019 Exhibition “The Politicization and Sexualization of Black Bodies.” Join Durham artist Gemynii as she leads you through painting techniques in order to create your own masterpiece. No prior painting experience required. Paintings will be shown in the 2019 Exhibition “The Politicization and Sexualization of Black Bodies” and given to artist at the close of the exhibit in March. Limited to 20 participants and registration required. Students, staff, and faculty are welcome to engage.

Please note, preference is given to those who have participated in the Counterstorytelling Writing Workshop on November 10th. Registration for this event is now closed.
