Robinette Kelley, Ed.M.

Associate Vice Provost for Equal Opportunity

Robinette Kelley is the associate vice chancellor for equal opportunity and deputy Title IX coordinator. Kelley holds an Ed. M. in Higher Education Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a B.S. in Economics and Finance from the State University of New York College at Buffalo. Ms. Kelley is certified as a Title IX coordinator by the Association of Title IX Administrators. In addition, she holds eight other certifications and professional credentials in mediation, Title IX, diversity management, employee relations and human resources. Kelley is completing a Doctor of Philosophy in higher education administration with an emphasis on educational leadership at Iowa State University.

Carley Wyche, J.D.

Assistant Equal Opportunity Officer

Carley Wyche is an assistant equal opportunity officer at NC State. Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, Carley Wyche received her undergraduate degree in Anthropology from the University of Florida. Prior to joining the Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity, Carley received her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law in May 2015. During her time as a law student, Carley focused her studies on Disability Rights Law and Education Law working with the disability Law Center of Virginia and the University of Richmond’s Education Rights Clinic. In addition, Carley is a certified mediator.

Equal Opportunity Program Coordinator

Chris Genwright is the program coordinator for the Equal Opportunity and Equity unit of the Office for Institutional Equity and Diverity. Previously, Chris was a human resources specialist specializing in new employee orientation and reduction in force briefings at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Chris is a military veteran, having served in the U.S. Air Force for almost five years. During his military service, he was stationed at Hurlburt Field in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and Misawa Air Base in Misawa, Japan. He has also visited Aviano Air Base in Italy and Lajes Field in Portugal. After leaving the military, Chris attended college at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO.
