Chancellor, Provost to Join Diversity Conversation

The Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity invites the campus community to attend and participate in a “Campus Diversity Conversation: An Update on Diversity Initiatives at NC State” to be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. in Stewart Theatre.

NC State Now Provides Title IX Training

The Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity is pleased to announce NC State’s procurement of the Student Success™ Every Choice online bystander intervention program, an online training program available for all students, and Student Success™ Not Anymore online training program for all graduate students, faculty and staff.

GLBT Youth in the Juvenile Justice System

The GLBT Center will host a guest lecture on the experiences of GLBT youth within the juvenile justice system. This lecture will examine how race, ethnicity, socioeconomic class, sexual orientation and gender identity act as factors that increase the likelihood that youth will be funneled into the criminal justice system.

INSIGHT is the oldest and largest diversity-focused publication in higher education.
